Pure Meditative Peace takes just an hour to learn and a few minutes to practice each day. It can help you be take charge of both your emotions and mental health, making every day more enjoyable and equipping you with the tools to tackle problems.

 

Pure Meditative Peace can be practised anywhere; at your desk, before interviews, meetings and performances, around exam time or anytime when you need to bring calm to your life and take control.

Calming the body and mind can help balance blood pressure, release tension and improve concentration. 

You will learn a quick technique that you can use to set your day in the morning and collect yourself in the evening, helping you manage anxiety, think clearly and get a better night’s sleep.

Classes are taught throughout the year, sessions include a one and a half hour workshop, worksheets and follow-up session for only £75.
